Description

The Interoperable Europe Act is Regulation (EU) 2024/903, an EU law intended to improve how public administrations’ digital services work across national borders. It applies to EU institutions and bodies, and to public-sector bodies that regulate, provide, manage or implement trans-European digital public services—services that require interaction across Member State borders.
