Description

NIS2UmsuCG is Germany’s national implementation of the EU NIS2 cybersecurity directive. It replaced the previous BSI Act and has been in force since 6 December 2025; the law was dated 2 December and promulgated on 5 December 2025. Its duties are already applicable, not future requirements.
