Description

REPEALED on 17 January 2025: KNF Resolution No. 6/2025 of 10 January 2025 (Dz. Urz. KNF 2025 poz. 1) revoked Resolution No. 7/2013 that issued Recommendation D, because its scope overlaps the EU DORA regulation (2022/2554), which applies from that day. IT and ICT-security governance of Polish banks now follows DORA and its technical standards.
