Description

This is Poland’s horizontal framework law for using information technology to perform public tasks. It remains in force; the current consolidated text was announced in Dz.U. 2026 poz. 1241 by a notice dated 1 September 2026. The Act establishes the legal framework for public-sector ICT systems, interoperability, electronic communication and administrative services.
