What the buyer wants
The purpose of the contract is to obtain economic data for 2025 in the aquaculture sector in the Czech Republic. This will ensure compliance with the requirements laid down in EU legislation, namely by Regulation (EU) 2017 / 1004 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a Union framework for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector and for the promotion of scientific advice for the Common Fisheries Policy, hereinafter referred to as Commission Decision (EU) 2021 / 1167 and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021 / 1168. The detailed specification of the subject-matter of the implementation is set out in Annex No 1 to the procurement documents - Binding proposal of the "Treaty for the collection of data in aquaculture for 2025 ', including Annexes (hereinafter referred to as" the Treaty').
