1. Lot 1Part 1

   The object of the order is to purchase and supply fibre optic equipment and equipment and accessories of computer networks Place of performance of the order: School Complex. The Contracting Authority shall, at each request of the Contracting Authority at the stage of implementation of the contract, be obliged to present in relation to the said materials, safety marks, conformity declaration or certificate of conformity with the Polish Standard carrying out the European standards or standards of the European Economic Area Member States carrying this standard or the Polish Standard. 3. Whenever the technical specifications for the execution and reception of works refer to Polish standards, this means Polish standards that carry forward European standards or standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area or other standards or documents referred to in Article 101(1)(2) of Law 4. Whenever a standard is indicated in this WWZ or in the annexes to the WWZ, it should be assumed that the wording " or equivalent" was used for it. The contractor proposing equivalent solutions must prove in the tender that they meet the requirements laid down in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent extent, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Article 104-107 of the Public Procurement Act.

   Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa sprzętu komputerowego, multimedialnego, drukarek i oprogramowania Miejsce wykonywania zamówienia: Zespół Szkół im. Ojca Świętego Jana Pawła II w Niepołomicach Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ "Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia" dla zadania nr 2 - Zakup i dostawa sprzętu komputerowego, multimedialnego, drukarek i oprogramowania Tam, gdzie w dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót lub innych dokumentach zamówienia został wskazany znak towarowy (marka), producent, dostawca, patent, pochodzenie, źródło lub szczególny proces, który charakteryzuje produkty lub usługi dostarczone przez konkretnego Wykonawcę lub nastąpiło wskazanie norm, europejskich ocen technicznych, wspólnych specyfikacji technicznych lub innych odniesień, o których mowa w art. 101 ust.1 pkt 2 lub ust. 3 ustawy, Zamawiający zgodnie z art. 99 ust. 5 ustawy dopuszcza złożenie oferty równoważnej lub zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy zaoferowanie rozwiązań "równoważnych" w stosunku do wskazanych w dokumentacji pod warunkiem, że zapewnią uzyskanie parametrów technicznych nie gorszych od założonych w dokumentacji oraz będą zgodne pod względem: a) gabarytów i konstrukcji (wielkość, rodzaj, właściwości fizyczne, liczba elementów składowych), b) charakteru użytkowego (tożsamość funkcji), c) charakterystyki materiałowej (rodzaj i jakość materiałów), d) parametrów technicznych (wytrzymałość, trwałość, dane techniczne, dane hydrauliczne, charakterystyki liniowe, konstrukcja), e) parametrów bezpieczeństwa użytkowania, 2. Wykonawca na każde żądanie Zamawiającego na etapie realizacji umowy zobowiązany jest do okazania w stosunku do wskazanych materiałów, znaków bezpieczeństwa, deklaracji zgodności lub aprobaty technicznej lub certyfikatu zgodności z Polską Normą przenoszącą normy europejskie lub normą państw członkowskich Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego przenoszącą tę normę lub Polską Normą w przypadku braku Polskiej Normy przenoszącej europejskie. 3. Ilekroć w specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót, dokumentacji technicznej mowa jest o polskich normach, należy przez to rozumieć polskie normy przenoszące normy europejskie lub normy innych państw członkowskich Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego lub inne normy lub dokumenty, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy 4. Każdorazowo, gdy w niniejszej SWZ lub załącznikach do SWZ wskazana jest norma, to należy przyjąć, że w odniesieniu do niej użyto sformułowania "lub równoważna". Wykonawca proponujący rozwiązania równoważne, zobowiązany jest udowodnić w ofercie, że w równoważnym stopniu spełniają one wymagania określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, w szczególności za pomocą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa w art. 104-107 ustawy Pzp
