What the buyer wants

Region Halland conducts a procurement of an AI-based service for transcripting and generating medical records, called Ambient Scribe. The service shall support the documentation work of healthcare professionals through a coherent workflow from spoken and text-based information to transliteration, generation and processing of journal drafts and other documentation papers as well as review, completion and transfer to journal systems. The service shall also include support for proposals for diagnosis and action codes.

The procurement also includes the necessary integrations as well as services for introduction, training, operation, support, maintenance and management. The procurement aims to sign framework agreements with one (1) supplier. Region Halland will enter into the framework agreement and its own service contract. A further eight named regions are declared eligible and are entitled, but not obliged, to enter into their own service contracts with the adopted supplier.
