App for crisis communication, in and evacuation

Municipalities are looking for a mobile system for internal crisis communication with evacuation. Crisis communication occurs in various types of incidents such as missing children, solitary work, cases, fractions, PDV supported by checklists and communications within different types of groups affected by the individual incident alarm. The Commuans have identified that they currently have different solutions and needs but want to work more equally, but may not necessarily be the same. The municipalities have a common IT environment and collaboration in many different areas. Competitive dialogue is designed to achieve appropriate packages for the municipality and how to work together.
