AV Products and ancillary services

The procurement concerns framework agreements for the provision of specialist expertise in audiovisual (AV) solutions and includes services for planning, designing, installation, configuration, commissioning, service and technical support of FRA AV environments. The supplier shall provide technical competence for the implementation of both smaller service operations and larger installation and change operations.

Assignments may include: projecting and technical design of AV solutions, project management and technical coordination of AV-related assignments, installation and assembly of AV equipment, configuration, programming and deployment of AV systems, integration between different AV components and adjacent technical systems, incorrecting, fault-relief and restoration of function, prevention and remedial maintenance, technical advice and support for changes or new installations, technical support to the designer, as well as installed solutions, and solutions. the provision of products and materials; removal of materials, debris, old hardware in the area of FRA designated locations.

Assignments may include meeting rooms, conference rooms, training facilities, management rooms and other business premises where AV equipment is used. Avrope is based on the need for specialist expertise in AV during the contract period. The customer does not guarantee volumes. The Supplier shall provide competence for both ongoing service, technical support and troubleshooting, project management, installation, assembly, configuration, programming, commissioning and technical coordination of AV solutions.
