Information on previous comparable projects and references of the tenderer Minimum requirements: the completion of the reference contract [end of contract] may not have been completed more than three years (deadline date: expiry of the tender deadline) and is required at least. three (3) reference orders (e.g. framework agreements), which have as their object the delivery of business / presentation projectors such as beamers, large projectors, whiteboards and/or canvases and which each comprise at least the following net order volume: lot 1: 250.000,00€ lot 2: 260.000,00€ lot 3: 180.000,00€ (the submission of the same references for several lots is permitted). References shall be completed when deliveries have been made at least equal to the net order volumes required per lot.

Company liability insurance: self-declaration when submitting an offer is sufficient. Providing proof by submitting a copy of a current civil liability insurance certificate or a commitment to take out a corresponding civil liability insurance is indispensable in the case of placing an order. Minimum requirements: Required minimum insurance coverage of 3 million Euro for personal injury, 1 million Euro for damage to property and 1 million Euro for financial loss at least twice the maximum annual performance

Information on the annual turnover of the last three (3) years on the total turnover of the company.

Information on the turnover of the last three (3) years in the area relevant to the tender.

Self-declaration when submitting a tender is sufficient. Proof must be provided by the tenderer before the contract is awarded. Up-to-date proof of legal professional practice, in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the company is established, either by registration in the professional or commercial register of that country (in uncertified copy) or by other means. The abovementioned documents may not be older than 3 months at the time of the closing date for the submission of tenders.
