The condition will be deemed to be met if the contractor demonstrates that he has funds or creditworthiness of not less than PLN 1 300 000,00. Where contractors apply jointly for a contract, the condition should be met together. To confirm the fulfilment of the condition, the contractor shall submit (on request of the contracting authority) information to the bank or cooperative savings and credit institution confirming the amount of funds held or the contractor's credit capacity, not earlier than 3 months before its submission. If, for a legitimate reason, the economic operator cannot submit the above-mentioned measure of evidence, it shall submit other means of evidence to the other party, which shall sufficiently confirm that the condition described by the contracting authority for participation in the procedure concerning the economic or financial situation is fulfilled. In the case of the submission of a joint tender, the above-mentioned document shall submit to the contractor together. The contractor may, instead of the above-mentioned means of evidence, submit a certificate to the Contractor of public contracts, provided that the certificate confirms the fulfilment of the above condition.

The condition will be deemed to be fulfilled if the contractor demonstrates that during the last 5 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he has carried out duly, and in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he shall properly, for cultural objects, education, science or tourism, at least two deliveries of electronic or multimedia equipment together with installation or configuration, with a total value of not less than PLN 1 500 000,00 gross deliveries. In order to confirm the fulfilment of the condition, the contractor shall submit (at the request of the contracting authority) a list of the deliveries carried out, and in the case of repeated or continuous benefits also carried out, over the last 5 years, and if the period of activity is shorter, including their value, the subject matter, the dates of performance and the entities for which the supplies have been made or are carried out, and the addition of evidence indicating whether these supplies have been made or are carried out duly, with the evidence referred to, the references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the supplies have been made, and in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, and if the Contractor is unable to obtain such documents for reasons beyond his control, the Contractor's statement; in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, references or other supporting documents to their proper performance should be issued during the last 3 months. Where the contractor cites experience in the implementation of deliveries carried out jointly with other economic operators, the above list shall cover supplies in which the contractor has directly participated, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits in which he has directly participated or participated. Where a joint tender is submitted, the above list shall be submitted together by the contractors. The Contractor shall submit the above-mentioned list drawn up on the basis of a model provided by the Contracting Authority together with a request to submit it.
