Liberec The performance of public contracts awarded in the DNS shall be subject to the purchase of licences or aid, or a combination thereof, of the existing software owned by the contracting authority, to the extent and in accordance with the specifications of each call for tenders in the DNS pursuant to § 141 of the Act. The contracting authority assumes that it will award public contracts in the DNS according to current needs, i.e. at unspecified and irregular intervals. The contracting authority shall provide that the participant is not obliged to submit a new application for participation in the event of a legislative change to the CPV codes (which may occur during the duration of the DNS) if it agrees to this legislative change.
