DCA-526082 THE EXTENSION, EXTENSION AND FILLING OF THE INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union shall provide a certificate/verification of the corresponding professional or commercial register in Annex XI to Appendix I to Law 4412/2016 certifying their registration and their specific profession. Where a country does not keep such a register, the document or certificate may be replaced by an affidavit or, in the Member States or countries where no such certificate is provided for, by a responsible declaration by the person concerned before a competent judicial or administrative authority, notary or competent professional or commercial body of the country of origin or of the country where the economic operator is established that such a register is not maintained and that he is carrying out the activity necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the contract to be awarded. Economic operators established in Greece shall provide a certificate of registration in the relevant register or certificate issued by the relevant department of the G.E.M.H.

It is required that during the last five (5) years before the closing date for submission of tenders have successfully completed: 1. At least one (1) project for integrated implementation of the ERP - EAM - WFM environment with more than two years of seamless operation and at least one overall upgrade of the SAP environment. 2. One (1) at least IaaS secure service project in Datacenter in the Greek Territory with SAP technologies installed in them with customers, users, companies with an annual turnover greater than or equal to €16,000,000,00. 3. Error Saccidental Saccidental SAPECHORS for Integrated Implementation SAP, in two (2) or more subsystems / distinct functional or technical areas, using SAP modules/components related to the subject of the contract, as indicated below: - IaaS/On Premise - SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - SAP S/4HANA for Group Reporting - SAP S/4HANA Digital Access - SAP S/4HANA Finance for treasury and risk management - SAP S/4HANA for Enterprise Contract Management - SAP Geo Framework for S/4HANA Asset Management - SAP Document Compliance, on-premise edition - SAP ERP Travel management Goals - SAP SuccessFactors On-boarding - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting - SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite, standard edition 4. At least one (1) project to manage the Model of Basic Data Linear Technical Fixed (C/M), Supportors, Openings, Cables, Optical Cables etc.) on a high or medium voltage network in a SAP environment. 5. One (1) at least one non-linear technical fixed data model management project (Substations (Y/S), Protection Equipment, etc.) on a high or medium voltage network in a SAP environment In the case of an association/consortium of economic operators, the technical and professional competence criterion B.2.1 may be cumulatively covered by its members, provided that the applicant economic operator has participated in 40% or more.

They shall have a project team, with staff sufficient in number and skills to undertake the project, comprising at least the following categories: Category I: Project Management Officers: • One (1) Project Group Manager • One (1) Project Team Deputy Project Team Manager and its Deputy should have 100% cumulative employment of the duration of the project. The Project Manager cannot have less than 60% of the duration of the Project. Category B: Senior Experts: • One (1) Senior Quality Assurance Expert • Two (2) Senior Business Analyst Experts Aggregate, the two Senior Experts should have experience in analysis/writing business requirements in at least two (2) projects. • One (1) Senior IT Security Expert • One (1) Senior System Architect Expert • One (1) Senior System Engineer • One (1) Senior Software Engineer • One (1) Senior Database Expert • Two (2) Senior ERP Finance Experts Aggregately, the two Senior Experts should have experience in at least two (2) projects in terms of finance module. • Two (2) Senior ERP Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Sales Experts Cumulatively, the two Senior Experts should have experience in at least two (2) projects regarding the supply chain or procurement or sales module. • Two (2) Senior Asset Management Experts • One (1) Senior HR Experts Category C: Experts • One (1) Junior Quality Assurance Expert • Two (2) Junior Business Analyst Experts • Two (2) Junior Software Engineers • Two (2) Junior Database Experts • Two (2) Junior ERP Finance Experts • Two (2) Junior ERP Supply Chain/ Protection/ Sales Experts • Two (2) Junior Asset Management Experts Of the above members of the project team of the contractor (all categories), there should be members with certified knowledge (Certifications) by the manufacturer of the software offered, in the following operating areas (at least 1 member by area, not by necessity): • Economic and Accounting Management • Project Management • Supply Management • Supply Chain Management • Management • Management • Warehouse management • Warehouse/Constructions • Storage and Management • Storage and Management • Storage Technical Work (Asset & Workforce Management) • Human Resources Management • Virtualization environments (VMware, OVM) • Cloud architecture, applications, security • Servers, Storage • Backup / Restore In the case of an association/consortium of economic operators, the requirements of criterion B.2.3 may be cumulatively covered by its members. Moreover, each member of the proposed project group cannot cover more than one (1) of the above requested roles.

Economic Operators are required to have: C1. Average annual turnover of the last three (3) management years (2023, 2024 and 2025) or for as long as they are active (in case of less than three years) at least equal to 200 % of the annual budget, not including VAT, i.e. €5.6533,00. Turnover must not be damaged in any use. C2. Credit capacity of at least half the budget (€4.240.000,00) of the project under delegation, without VAT. In the case of an association/consortium of economic operators, sub-criteria C1. & C2. They should be covered by at least one member of the association.

Economic operators involved in the award process of this Convention are required to comply with the following standards, which must also be in force by an accredited Agency: - ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, or equivalent/newer. - ISO 27001:2013 Certificate Information Security Management System or equivalent/youth. - ISO 20000 Information technology / Service management certificate In the case of an association/consortium of economic operators, its members may meet the requirement of this criterion cumulatively.

Economic operators involved in the procedure for concluding this shall be required to have the following certifications: 1) Top certification partner of software manufacturer for proposed firewall solution. 2) Specialized technical certifications by the manufacturer himself, in the field of OT Security and Secure Networking Firewall, to document his ability to install, customise, manage and support the proposed firewall solution. In the case of an association/consortium of economic operators, B.2.2 may be covered by its members cumulatively.
