1. The condition of participation in the procedure regarding the contractor's experience will be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that, in the last three years, from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, and if the period of business is shorter, during that period, he has made at least one delivery of disc shelves with implementation and warranty service for at least 12 months, with a value of at least PLN 2,000,000 (two million zlotys) net. Note: If the value of the supply is expressed in a currency other than PLN, in order to assess the fulfilment of the above condition of participation in the procedure, The Contracting Authority shall convert the value to PLN according to the average rate of the National Bank of Poland in force on the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union, and if the exchange rate of that currency was not published on that day, according to the last average rate of the National Bank of Poland before the day of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, the condition of participation in the procedure concerning the professional experience of the Contractor referred to in paragraph 2 shall be fulfilled in full by one of the Contractors jointly applying for a contract or by a wholly making available entity. In order to confirm that the Contractor fulfils the condition of participation in the proceedings, The Contracting Authority shall, before selecting the most favourable offer, invite the Contractor whose tender has been the highest rated to submit, within a specified period of time, no less than 10 days, valid on the date of the submission of the following body of evidence: 1) a list of deliveries made in the last three years and, if the period of business is shorter – during that period, together with their values, subject matter, dates of performance and the entities for which supplies have been made (the model of the supply list is Annex No 6 to the SGM) and 2) evidence as to whether supplies have been duly carried out. The evidence referred to in the preceding sentence shall be the references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which supplies have been made, and if the Contractor is unable to obtain those documents for reasons beyond his control, the Contractor's statement.
