The subject of the order is delivery, implementation and maintenance of the integrated security system of information and IT infrastructure and OT for the Department of Municipal Economy Spółka z o.o. in Kańczuga. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is given in Annex 3 to the EGM — A detailed OGM. The scope of the procurement includes, in particular, two factually isolated areas: 1) IT technical area – including, in particular, supply, installation, configuration and implementation of solutions creating a stable and secure platform for business systems and integration facilities for industrial areas, including: antivirus software, servers, disks, RAMs, virtualization environment and disk server, disk matrix, two network switches, UPS power supply, SIEM and SOAR software with implementation, EDR software for 15 licenses, 2FA two-component authentication with keys, UTM security gates, pre-implementation analysis, server licenses, implementation of high availability, installation and configuration, backup system including hardware and software, MDM and IT infrastructure management, and ROCK 42U cabinets; 2) OT technical area – including in particular the supply, installation, configuration and implementation of solutions enhancing the resilience of the operating environment, including monitoring and control in the water supply network, tanks and pumping stations, including: remote access route providing a secure administrative connection to water treatment stations and refurbishing equipment, and communication systems, as well as the maintenance of the ICS system, and refurbicators of the maintenance of the ICS systems, as well as the maintenance of the maintenance of the The SIEM/SOAR, UTM, 2FA, backup and IT management tools will also be used to collect logs from industrial devices, secure traffic and data and provide central surveillance of safety events in the OT environment, without double cost items.
