Delivery, installation, configuration and guarantee support of computer equipment for the needs of BNB

The Participants should, for the last three completed financial years, have realised a minimum total turnover of 1 924 470 (one million nine hundred twenty-four thousand four hundred seventy) euros calculated on the basis of annual turnovers. To demonstrate the selection criterion, participants shall complete: Part IV: At the conclusion of a contract, the participant selected as a contractor should submit one or more of the following documents: - Certificates by banks; - Annual financial statements or components thereof where their publication is required under the law of the country in which the participant is established; - Reference to total turnover. Where, for good reason, the participant is unable to submit the documents requested by the contracting authority, he may prove his economic and financial situation by means of any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.

The Participants should for the last three completed financial years have achieved a minimum turnover in the field* of 962 235 (nine hundred sixty-two thousand two hundred thirty-five) euros covered by the contract calculated on the basis of the annual turnover. *Note: Turnover in the field covered by the contract within the meaning of §2, item 67 of the Additional provisions of the Public Procurement Act is equal to the part of the net sales revenue realised by activities covered by the contract. To demonstrate the selection criterion, participants shall complete: Part IV: At the conclusion of a contract, the participant selected as a contractor should submit one or more of the following documents: - Certificates by banks; - Annual financial statements or components thereof where their publication is required under the law of the State in which the participant is established; - Reference to turnover in the field covered by the contract. Where, for good reason, the participant is unable to submit the documents requested by the contracting authority, he may prove his economic and financial situation by means of any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.

Participants should have an integrated quality management system certified under EN ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) with a range consistent with the subject of the order. To demonstrate the selection criteria, participants shall complete: Part IV: At the conclusion of a contract, the selected contractor shall provide a copy EN ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) with the scope of the contract.

Participants should have staff consisting of the following certified specialists, namely: - Project Leader 1 (one) possessing: a/ Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Project or equivalent; b/ Experience gained in the implementation of at least 1 (one) IT project including computer equipment delivery activities (servers and/or data storage systems and/or other server infrastructure); - Expert server infrastructure 1 (one) possessing: Experience gained in participating in the implementation of at least 1 (one) IT project involving delivery and implementation activities and/or server infrastructure support. - Expert backup and reservation of data 1 (one) holding: Experience gained in participating in the implementation of at least 1 (one) project in the field of information technology, including implementation and/or maintenance of data backup and reservation software. One specialist is permitted to meet more than one of the above requirements. To demonstrate the selection criteria, participants shall complete: Part IV: At the time of conclusion of a contract, the participant selected as a contractor should provide: a list of staff to perform the contract and documents demonstrating the professional competence of the persons.
