Delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of a comprehensive solution to increase the cybersecurity of the water supply company under the project Cybersafe Water Supply

1. The subject of the contract is delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of a comprehensive solution increasing the level of cybersecurity of the water supply company under the project "Cybersafe water pipeline". 2. Scope of the order includes the delivery, installation and configuration of the following equipment: 2.1. Server – 2 pcs. 2.2. Disk Server – 1 pc 2.3. Antivirus software – 20 kpl 2.4. Router with NGFW/UTM functionality - Type I – 1 pc 2.5. Router with NGFW/UTM functionality - Type II – 6 pcs 2.6. Emergency power supply UPS – 1 pc 2.7. Server for backup from control systems – 6 pcs 2.8. Management switch – 1 pc 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ — the technical specification form of the equipment offered (Annex 3 of the SWZ). 4. The scope of the order includes in particular the delivery and implementation of server infrastructure with system software for SCADA systems, NAS devices with encryption function for archiving and backup purposes, UTM devices for the location of the Ordering Party, emergency power supply devices UPS, manageable network switch, Internet Security/EDR/XDR security software license, as well as the execution of installation, configuration, commissioning, migration, integration and testing of the delivered solutions. 5. The Contracting Authority shall require that the provision offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes (within the meaning of Article 2(14) of Regulation (EU) 2019/881 of the European Parliament and of the Council bz of 17 April 2019 on ENISA (European Union Cybersecurity Agency) and the certification of cybersecurity in the field of information and communication technologies and repealing Regulation (EU) No 526/2013 (the Cybersecurity Act)) used for the performance of the contract, both as principal elements and components, elements of the service provision or accompanying solution, does not include: 5.1. ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, indicating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of national security; 5.2. the ICT product type of which has been set out in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Law of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes defined in that Decision. Failure to comply with this requirement results in rejection of the tender pursuant to point 17 of Article 226(1) or point 19 of the Pzp Act respectively. The contractor will be required to make an appropriate declaration in this respect, which is included in the technical specification form of the equipment offered (Annex 3 of the SWZ).
