Delivery of 10 SSD 2TB external drives

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 10 units of 2TB external SSDs (hereinafter referred to as the equipment), compliant with the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver brand-new, unused equipment, free from physical and legal defects, fully functional, manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards, authorized for marketing within the territory of the Republic of Poland, and covered by a minimum 36-month warranty period. 3. The Contractor declares that, as of the date of signing the equipment acceptance report, the offered equipment may not be designated by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or from sale. 4. The Contractor shall deliver the equipment within up to 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. 5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment to the building of the Lublin Center for Innovation and Technology, 4 Uniwersytecka St., room no. 1, 20-029 Lublin, on its own, at its own expense and risk, including carrying the equipment into the premises indicated by the representative of the Contracting Authority during the Contracting Authority's business hours, i.e., on business days from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, warranty terms, and the method of contract performance are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract and in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Material Provisions of the Contract.
