Delivery of 50 pieces of laptops.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 50 pcs of laptops, also called “computers”, “portable computers”. 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the manner in which it is carried out are specified in the technical specifications annexed to the WWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract annexed to the WWZ, respectively. 3. Contractors in accordance with Article 226(1) point 17 of the Act Pzp will reject the offer if the Contractor offers an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process as indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on a national cybersecurity system, indicating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of State security. The Contracting Authority will verify the current state of recommendation of the Government Representative for Cybersecurity. 4. Contractors in accordance with Article 226(1) point 19 of the Act Pzp will reject the offer if the Contractor offers an ICT product, the type of which has been specified in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on a national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service, or the ICT process referred to in that decision. The Contracting Authority will verify the list of entities to which the decision of the Minister responsible for computerisation was issued pursuant to Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system. 5. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: the seat of the contracting authority.
