Delivery of 8 compact workstations for local AI/ML tasks

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 8 compact workstations for local AI/ML tasks, hereinafter referred to as “the equipment”, “the workstation” or “the device”. 2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of 8 factory units of new, unused and complete equipment intended for local start-up, prototyping, testing, fine-tuning and inference of artificial intelligence models, in particular large language models (LLMs), without the need to use external computing resources in the basic field of work. 3. Equipment must come from a legal distribution channel, be authorised within the European Union and bear the marking and documents required by the provisions applicable to the type of equipment. 4. The equipment offered must be covered by at least 36 months warranty period of the manufacturer. Guarantee services will be provided by the manufacturer of the equipment offered or an authorized service designated by him. The guarantee period shall be calculated from the date of signature of the receipt protocol without reservation. 5. The contractor will provide equipment up to 21 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, to the building of the Marshal's Office of the Lublin Voivodeship in Lublin, Artur Grottgera Street, 20-029 Lublin on its own account, at its own expense and risk on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday during the hours of the Ordering Authority, i.e. from 7:30 to 15:30 6. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the terms of the guarantee and the manner in which the contract is carried out are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to the WWZ – Important provisions of the contract.
