Delivery of a computer with higher performance parameters

1. The subject of the contract shall be the supply of a computer with higher performance parameters, hereinafter referred to as equipment, meeting the minimum requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract as set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 2. The contractor undertakes to supply the factory equipment new, complete and manufactured according to the applicable standards and standards, covered by a minimum of 36 months warranty period. The term of the guarantee granted by the Contractor shall be one of the criteria for assessing the tenders in this proceeding. 3. The contractor declares that the equipment offered on the date of signature of the collection protocol cannot be intended by the manufacturer to withdraw from production or from sale. 4. The contractor will provide the equipment up to 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. 5. The contractor is obliged to supply equipment to the building of the Marshal's Office of Lublin Voivodeship, ul. Artur Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, in his own capacity, at his own expense and risk, with the introduction of equipment to the premises indicated by the representative, during the hours of office of the Marshal's Office of Lublin Voivodeship, i.e. on working days from 7:30 to 15:30. 6. The purchase of the equipment is planned in the budget of the projects “Lubelskie supports talented 2026-2027” and Lublin talent forge 2026-2027”, as part of indirect costs. 7. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the terms of the guarantee and the manner in which the contract is carried out are set out in Annex 1 to the WWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to the WWZ – Important provisions of the contract.
