Delivery of a portable computer for the Management Department of the University of Gdańsk.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a portable computer, hereinafter referred to as "the equipment", for the Management Department of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Dictionary Classification Code (CPV): 30213100-6 (portable computers), 30237 000-9 (parts, accessories and computer products). 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. 4. Place of delivery of equipment: University of Gdańsk, Management Department, 101 Home Army Street, 81-824 Sopot, room 318. 5. Details of the guarantee are provided in § 7 of the draft contract – Annex 5 to the WWZ. 6. Equivalent solutions: 1) In the description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 6 to the SWI), in item 5 of Table 1 concerning the operating system The Ordering Authority identified Apple's iCloud and FaceTime services as reference solutions, while allowing the offer of equivalent solutions, in accordance with Article 99(5) Ppp. 2) The criteria used by the Contracting Authority to assess equivalence are set out in items 5 points 1 and 2 respectively of Table 1 of the description of the object of the contract (Annex 6 to the SWI). The Contracting Authority will consider an equivalent solution that meets all requirements and provides all functionalities specified by the Contracting Authority for the equivalent solution. 3. In the event of offering an equivalent solution to Apple's iCloud or FaceTime, the Contractor shall: (a) indicate the relevant box or fields in point 5 of the offer form, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, indicating which service is the equivalent solution offered; (b) indicate the name of the service offered or other equivalent solution and its manufacturer or supplier; (c) provide a description of the solution offered and a justification for its equivalence; (d) provide information and evidence that the proposed solution meets all the equivalence criteria set out in item 5(1) or (2) of Table 1 of Annex 6 to the SWZ, respectively. 4) Information, justification and evidence referred to in point 3, The Contractor shall submit, together with the offer, either in the tender form or in a separate document attached to the tender. Complex information and evidence must enable the Contracting Authority to clearly identify the solution offered and assess whether it meets all the equivalence criteria specified by the Contracting Authority. 5. The demonstration of equivalence of the proposed solution is on the Contractor's side and must take place at the latest with the submission of the tender. The content of the offer and the documents submitted with the offer must show what specific equivalent solution has been offered and that it meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority. 6. After the deadline for the submission of tenders, the Contractor may not modify the solution offered or supplement the content of the offer in such a way as to offer another solution or to demonstrate for the first time the equivalence of a solution which has not been demonstrated with the offer. 7) Failure to indicate any of the fields concerning an equivalent solution in point 5 of the tender form (Annex 1 to the SWZ) means that the Contractor does not offer an equivalent solution and offers the solutions indicated by the Contracting Authority in items 5, 1 and 2 respectively of Table 1 of Annex 6 to the SWZ. 8. The Contracting Authority shall assess equivalence on the basis of the content of the offer and the information and evidence submitted with the offer. Where the content of the tender does not imply that the equivalent solution offered meets all the required equivalence criteria, The Contracting Authority shall assess the tender in accordance with the provisions Pzp concerning the conformity of the content of the tender with the terms of the contract.
