Delivery of computers with monitors and office software packages.

1. Contract award may be requested by Contractors who comply with the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning professional capacity, if they show that, during the last three years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, they have completed a minimum of 2 deliveries of computer equipment each covering computers and/or monitors and/or laptops and each of them with a gross value of PLN 100 000,00. Contracting authorities in accordance with Article 112(3) of the PZP shall inform that they do not apply the level of capacity set out in the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors (Journal of Laws of 2025 item 1235 as amended) because for the subject-matter of the procurement the capacity levels have not been defined. Where the value of the supplies is given by the Contractor in foreign currency, The purchaser will convert the value of deliveries from foreign currency to gold at the NBP average rate from the day of the contract notice. In the case of Contractors who jointly apply for the award of the above condition, they shall not be subject to the summation of single deliveries, which means that the performance of the two required deliveries should be demonstrated either by the Contractor making the tender or by at least one of the consortium participants, i.e. if one of the consortiums has completed one of the required deliveries and the other one, the condition will not be met. The experience of the Contractor who has made deliveries within the consortium should be related to its actual participation in the contract. The contractor experienced in the consortium should confirm on the supply list the extent of the work and the nature and value of the consortium in question. An entity whose professional capacity in the area of experience The Contractor will have to demonstrate 2 deliveries to the extent specified by the Contracting Authority. 2.
