Delivery of educational kits for robotics classes under the project Kraśnik – Safe City of New Generation

1. The subject of the contract is “Supply of educational kits to conduct robotics classes as part of the project “Kraśnik – Safe City of New Generation”. 2. The subject of the contract is implemented within the framework of the Polish-Switzerland Programme for the Development of Cities co-financed by the Second edition of Swiss Financial Assistance for selected Member States of the European Union in order to reduce socio-economic differences within the European Union – a project entitled “Kraśnik - Safe City of New Generation” and the state budget. 3. The subject of the order includes the delivery of 150 educational kits for mobile robotics, intended to conduct robotics classes for children and adolescents. 4. Each set must be a complete, ready-to-use system for the construction, programming and training of mobile robots, enabling the implementation of STEM/STEAM projects (STEM -Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics; STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) and preparing to participate in robotic tournaments based on autonomous performance of tasks on the mat or operating field. 5. All structural and electronic components of a single set must form one coherent, mutually compatible system for the construction, programming and use of the robot without the need for structural or electronic components from another incompatible system. 6. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order and delivery addresses are given in Annex 1 to the WWZ. 7. The Contractor shall carry out the contract, taking into account the provisions of the SWZ, Annex 1 to the SWZ and the contract annexed to the SWZ. 8. The scope of the order includes in particular the purchase of kits with their delivery, i.e. transport, unloading, transfer. 9. The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered kits which are the subject of the order are brand new, unused, have the required parameters, specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order (Annex No 1 to the SWZ), are in an undamaged, technically efficient, complete and ready to use condition and meet the required Polish standards. The Ordering Party excludes the delivery of post-exhibition equipment. The equipment must have CE Declarations — Conformité Européenne or equivalent, have the necessary instructions and materials for use included in Polish or English. The subject of the contract must have appropriate certificates, certificates, approvals for sale and use in Poland. 10. The supplied sets must be complete and manufactured according to the applicable standards and standards. Equipment must come from mass production and must not belong to a group of equipment intended to be withdrawn from production. 11. The subject-matter of the order must be free of any physical and legal defects and must not be charged with any claims of third parties, may not be the subject of a lien, a tax lien, an occupation in enforcement proceedings, nor may any other action be taken against it which may result in any claims of third parties being filed.
