Delivery of laptops for CPCC organisational cells

1. The subject of this order is the delivery of 158 pcs of laptops (type 1 – 140 pcs, type 2 – 18 pcs) for CPCC organizational cells. 2. The detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are set out in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the ‘OPP’) which is Annex No 1 to the WWZ and in the Designed provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as ‘PPU’) which are Annex No 3 to the WWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Technical Assistance Programme European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 and the Technical Assistance Programme European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 and from the State budget. 4. The contracting authority may annul the procurement procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The subject matter of the contract will be fulfilled within the time limit offered by the Contractor in the Form of Offer, which is Annex 2 to the WWZ, with a maximum delivery date of 20 working days from the date of signing the contract. 6. Contract award may be sought by contractors who are not subject to exclusion under Article 108(1), Article 109.1(4) of the PZP Act, Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on specific solutions to counter violence against Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514) and Article 5k of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 in the wording of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014. 7. According to the provisions of Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of first examining and evaluating tenders and then carrying out an individual qualification of the contractor whose tender has been assessed at most, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of conditions for participation in the procedure. According to Article 139(2) of the Act The Contractor’s PM is not obliged to make the declaration referred to in Article 125(1) of Law No 8 together with the offer. The Contracting Authority will reject the offer made by a third country contractor that has not concluded a Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) or a bilateral free trade agreement between the EU and that country.
