Delivery of matrices

1. Contract award may be sought by Contractors who: (1) are not excluded from the procedure; (2) meet the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority shall apply the conditions for participation in the procedure: 1) the ability to trade: The Contracting Authority shall not impose any conditions in this respect. (2) the right to pursue a particular economic or professional activity, in so far as this results from separate provisions: The Contracting Authority shall not impose any conditions in this respect. 3. the economic or financial situation: The Contracting Authority shall not impose any conditions in this respect. 4. technical or professional capacity: The Contracting Authority shall consider the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last 3 years before the closing date for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the business is shorter - during that period, he has carried out, and in the case of recurring or continuous benefits, he shall properly perform at least 1 (one) contract (implemented under one contract to one Contractor) covering the delivery of a data storage system in the form of an All-Flash NVME matrix or a distributed system (SDS) compatible with POSIX with a useful capacity of not less than 50TB. NOTE: - In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, compliance with the above condition of the Contractor shall be demonstrated together. - Where, within the framework of the Contractor's indicated supply, other benefits have also been performed outside the scope required by the Contracting Authority, the part of the supply which included the delivery referred to in the above condition of participation in the procedure must be shown. - In the case of recurring or continuous benefits also performed not completed on the date of the submission of tenders, the delivery provided by the Contractor must be carried out on the day of the submission of tenders. - The Contracting Authority does not allow the summation of the supply range for confirmation of compliance with the above condition of participation in the procedure, i.e. the summation of the supply scope carried out on the basis of contracts with different entities or the same entity, but as separate contracts. 4. The assessment of compliance with the above condition will be carried out in accordance with the "fulfills" formula. 1. The Contracting Authority shall, before selecting the most favourable offer, call on the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated to submit within the prescribed time limit, not less than 10 days: 2) up-to-date on the date of submission of the personal evidence: B. In order to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure: (i) the list of deliveries carried out and, in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, also carried out during the last 3 years, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period, together with the indication of their subject matter, the dates of performance and the entities for which the supplies have been made or are carried out, and the addition of evidence indicating whether those supplies have been carried out or are carried out duly. The evidence shall be the references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the supplies have been made, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, they shall be carried out, and if the contractor for reasons beyond his control is unable to obtain these documents, the contractor's declaration. In the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, references or other documents proving their duly implemented should be issued within the last 3 months.
