1. Lot 1Dostawa monitorów w podziale na dwie części - Część nr 1

   12 months

   Part 1: The successful delivery of new equipment, together with documentation, with the granting or guaranteeing of a guarantee service for equipment in accordance with the principles set out in the Model Agreement annexed to the WWZ and in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract in Annex 1a to the WWZ. The subject matter of the contract shall include the successive delivery of the following equipment: (a) Specialist monitor type 1: 15 pcs; (b) Specialist monitor type 2: 10 pcs. The Contracting Authority may award contracts to the Contractor up to the maximum remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement. The Contracting Authority guarantees the award of Contracts with a total value of not less than 50% of the maximum remuneration (the guaranteed range of orders). Contractors shall not be entitled to claims for failure to award orders beyond the guaranteed scope of the contract. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is given in Annex 1a to the WWZ for Part 1.

2. Lot 2Dostawa monitorów w podziale na dwie części - Część nr 2

   Część nr 2: Dostawa fabrycznie nowego sprzętu wraz z dokumentacją, wraz z udzieleniem lub zapewnieniem gwarancji i zapewnieniem w jej ramach serwisu gwarancyjnego dla sprzętu na zasadach wskazanych we Wzorze Umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5b do SWZ oraz w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1b do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę następującego sprzętu: a) Monitor typ 1: 1 szt.; b) Monitor typ 2: 19 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1b do SWZ dla Części nr 2.
