What the buyer wants

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement setting out the terms of the executive contracts which may be awarded during its term for the supply of portable computers and accessories for the needs of the Catholic University of Lublin John Paul II. The execution of contracts will be carried out successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with more than one Contractor. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No 1 to the SWZ, the requirements of Chapter V of the SWZ and the PPU of the Framework Agreement - Annex No 8 to the SWZ, the PPU of the Executive Agreement - Annex No 8.1 to the SWZ.

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zawarcie umowy ramowej określającej warunku zamówień wykonawczych jakie mogą zostać udzielone w trakcie jej obowiązywania na dostawę komputerów przenośnych i akcesoriów na potrzeby Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II. Realizacja zamówień będzie odbywać się sukcesywnie w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego. Zamawiający zamierza zawrzeć umowę ramową z więcej niż z jednym Wykonawcą. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, wymagania zawarte w Rozdz. V SWZ oraz PPU umowy ramowej - załącznik nr 8 do SWZ, PPU umowy wykonawczej - załącznik nr 8.1 do SWZ .
