Contract award may be requested by Contractors who meet the conditions concerning technical or professional capacity, i.e. The Contracting Authority shall consider the above condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last 3 years counted back from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, duly executed or executes at least 1 contract (order) covering the delivery of scanners with a value of not less than PLN 400,000.00 gross one contract (say: four hundred thousand PLN 00/100). Where the value of the contract (orders) shown is specified in a currency other than the Polish zloty, The Ordering Party shall convert this value into Polish gold on the basis of the average rate of gold in relation to the foreign currency specified in the table. And the NBP average courses on the day of the delivery of the contract notice for publication.
