Delivery of the data deduplator within the project Digitalisation of the Municipality of Wyry

A. Subject matter of contract 1. The subject matter of the contract shall be the supply of 1 piece of data deduplifier meeting the quality parameters set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, under the conditions laid down in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 2. Delivery of the item of the order with transport, unloading and transfer to the premises of the Contracting Authority will take place at the expense and risk of the contractor. 3. The equipment supplied must come from an official distribution channel in Poland. 4. All solutions provided as part of the order must be factory-new and unused before the day of delivery to the Customer's premises, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of their correct operation. Refurbished devices and licences are not allowed. 5. The equipment supplied must be free of physical and legal defects. 6. For the entire subject matter of the order, a guarantee will be granted for a minimum period of 60 months. 7. The project "Digitalisation of the commune of Wyry" is implemented under the European Funds for Silesia Programme 2021-2027, priority FESL.01 "European Funds for Smart Development" Action 01.04 "Digitalisation of public administration". B. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the Annex to this SWZ, i.e. Annex 1 — Description of the item of the contract. C. Order subject code according to the CPV Common Procurement Dictionary classification: Main code: 30233000-1 Data storage and D-reading devices. Ordering Information: 1. In case of hiring foreign-language personnel by the Contractor, The Contractor will ensure that the Contracting Authority's staff can communicate in Polish with the Contractor's staff. 2. The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 310(1) of the EaP may annul the procedure if the funds which it intended to allocate to finance part of the contract are not granted to it. The possibility of annulment of the procedure is provided for in the Procurement Notice.
