Delivery of workstation

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of workstations - 1 pc.) as defined in Annex 2 to the WWZ, hereinafter referred to as ‘the equipment’. The equipment offered must be brand-new and unused, coming from the current production (year of production: not earlier than 2025), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the equipment. 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of equipment to the premises of the Ordering Party, including unloading, transfer to the place designated by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex 2 to the WWZ. 3) Term of completion of the contract: up to 30 days after receipt of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the time limit for performance of the contract in relation to the required time limit indicated above. The tender providing for a shorter deadline will receive points in the evaluation of tenders using the selection criterion of the most advantageous tender. 4) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Department of Delivery Management, Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice; 5) Minimum warranty period (producer): 24 months from the date of signature of the collection protocol. 6) Service response time required: no later than 4 working days after the defect has been reported (7) The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract and the conditions for payment shall include the model of the contract annexed to the WWZ. (8) The Contracting Authority does not provide for additional requirements relating to the performance of the contract relating to social, economic, environmental, innovation, employment or the confidentiality of the information provided to the contractor in the course of the performance of the contract; (9) The Contracting Authority does not provide for a reserved clause within the meaning of Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act; (10) In view of the type of contract, the Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation of employment for the contract of employment referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law.
