1. Lot 1Part 1

   Development of monitoring of municipal waste storage sites in the Dobrac P (BO) settlement. The scope of the order for this part includes, in particular: 1) delivery and installation of the IP video surveillance system of municipal waste storage points in the Drec P settlement designated below points (based on IP cameras, day-to-night exterior with handles and power supplies): (a) PK05 – fixed camera point – Polish Military Avenue 8, location on the building; (b) PK03 and PK04 – fixed camera points - Polish Military Avenue 24, location on the building; (c) PK02 – fixed camera point – Polish Military Avenue 28, location on the building; (d) PK07 – fixed camera point – Polish Military Avenue 60, location on the building; (e) PK11 – fixed camera point – Primasa Stefan Wyszyński Street, location on the building; (f) PK24 – fixed camera point – Polish Military Avenue 60, location on the lighting pole; (g) PK25 – fixed camera point – Primasa Stefan Wyszyński Street, location on the building; (f) PK26 – fixed camera point – Polish Military Avenue, location on the building; 2. delivery and assembly of other elements of the monitoring system, including: (a) PIE power supply for antennas – 13 pcs; (b) PEE 53V/2A external cabinet for camera – 9 pcs; (c) the box or switchgear – 7 pcs; (d) the electro-instalment strips with PVC (wall, floor and wall) bolted to concrete; (e) the airtight external rack ROCK – 1 pcs; (f) the data-receiver antenna – 7 pcs; (g) the support structure, i.e. the ballast mast – 10 pcs 3) the commissioning of the visual monitoring system at the user's premises and conducting basic and technical training with the operation and function of this system; 4) other necessary work to ensure the proper functioning of the monitoring and image system with cameras in the above mentioned locations, including cable stacking with protective pipes, laying of cables on walls, cutting through walls, processing of cables and tapping them into cabinets and other monitoring elements, post-installations with painting work. Note: 1. Before entering the assembly work, The contractor shall make a local vision in the places where the devices are to be fitted. 2. The location of cameras on poles or facades of buildings requires the use of a basket lift. 3. The annexes to the SWZ contain locations of cameras with the name "PK01, PK06, PK08, PK09, PK10 - camera points" which are not valued under the offer and do not constitute the subject of the order. 4. The Contractor is required to mount in each location a sign bearing the logo "Citizen's Budget City Kalisz" and a sign stating that the site is being monitored (size and location to be agreed with the Orderer, at the stage of order execution). 5. The Contractor is required to mount a PK24 point located on a lighting pole in accordance with EOŚ Sp. z o.o. guidelines in Kalisz dated 15.09.2026.

   Rozbudowa monitoringu punktów składowania odpadów komunalnych na terenie osiedla Dobrzec W (BO). Zakres zamówienia dla tej części obejmuje, w szczególności m.in.: 1) dostawę i montaż systemu monitoringu wizyjnego IP punktów składowania odpadów komunalnych w wyznaczonych poniżej punktach osiedla Dobrzec W (w oparciu o kamery IP dzienno-nocne zewnętrzne wraz z uchwytami i zasilaczami): a) PK12 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 29, lokalizacja na budynku; b) PK13 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 13, lokalizacja na budynku; c) PK14 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 15, lokalizacja na budynku; d) PK15 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 21, lokalizacja na budynku; e) PK16 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 11, lokalizacja na budynku; f) PK17 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 11, lokalizacja na budynku; g) PK22 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Podmiejska 34, lokalizacja na budynku; h) PK23 – punkt kamery stacjonarnej – ul. Podmiejska 34, lokalizacja na budynku. 2) dostawę i montaż pozostałych elementów systemu monitoringu, w tym m.in.: a) zasilacz POE do anteny – 8 szt.; b) zasilacz POE 53V/2A do kamery – 8 szt.; c) puszka adapter do kamery zewnętrznej – 8 szt.; d) skrzynka lub rozdzielnica – 10 szt.; e) listwy elektroinstalacyjne z PCW (naścienne, przypodłogowe i ścienne) przykręcane do betonu; f) antena nadawczo-odbiorcza – 8 szt.; g) konstrukcja wsporcza, tj. maszt balastowy – 7 szt. 3) uruchomienie systemu monitoringu wizyjnego w siedzibie użytkownika oraz przeprowadzenie szkolenia podstawowego i technicznego z obsługi i funkcji użytkowania tego systemu; 4) inne konieczne do wykonania prace pozwalające na prawidłowe funkcjonowanie systemu monitoringu i obrazu z kamer w wyżej wymienionych lokalizacjach, w tym układanie kabli wraz z rurami ochronnymi i pozostałymi pracami montażowymi, układanie kabli po ścianach, przebijanie przez ściany, obróbka kabli i ich wpinanie do szaf i innych elementów monitoringu, obróbka ścian po instalacji wraz z pracami malarskimi. Uwaga: 1. Przed przystąpieniem do prac montażowych, Wykonawca winien dokonać wizji lokalnej w miejscach, w których mają zostać zamontowane urządzenia. 2. Kamery w wyżej wymienionych lokalizacjach zamontowane są na elewacjach budynków, na wysokości wymagającej użycia podnośnika koszowego. 3. W załącznikach do SWZ znajdują się lokalizacje kamer z nazwą: „PK18, PK19, PK20, PK21, - punkty kamerowe”, które nie podlegają wycenie w ramach oferty i nie stanowią przedmiotu zamówienia. 4. Wymaga się, aby Wykonawca zamontował w każdej lokalizacji tabliczki z logo „Budżet Obywatelski Miasto Kalisz” oraz tabliczki z informacją, że teren jest monitorowany (rozmiar i miejsce usytuowania do uzgodnienia z Zamawiającym, na etapie realizacji zamówienia).
