DGACQ 25-26 - Reliance of the Supply of n.8.500 Software Licenses for an advanced security solution (protection) of emails, as well as an optional package of n.100 Additional Licenses

6.1 a) Registration in the Register held by the Chamber of Commerce Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this procedure of competition

6.2 a) Overall overall turnover, reported to the best three years of the last five years preceding that of indiction of the procedure, not less than 2 times the amount based on race (i.e., equal to at least the value, excluding VAT, € 1.200.000,00).

6.3 a) Total specific turnover, in the sector of activity covered by the contract, referring to the best three years of the last five years prior to the launch of the procedure, of not less than 1 time the tender base amount (i.e., equal to at least € 600,000.00 excluding VAT).

6.3 b) Execution of similar services The Tenderer must have regularly executed, in the last ten years prior to the date of publication of the contract notice, supplies of Email protection licenses, attributable to a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 contracts with a duration of at least 6 months, for a total amount of at least € 300,000.00 carried out for Public Administrations or Bodies, bodies governed by public law, and other public or private entities.
