Digital planning quality and monitoring systems for local care

Region Värmland (Regionservice) needs a system support for calculations of cleaning time, scheduling resources, optimization of cleaning areas, follow-up and statistics, receiving extra orders and visual support for employees to be able to see today’s work area based on a coloured drawing on their mobile or flat in real time. The need for Regionservice has a need to utilize drawing documents within the framework of local care. The region is now procuring a new Digital planning quality and monitoring systems for local care (cleaning systems) where access to drawing documents is a prerequisite. Drawings may contain sensitive information and therefore guidelines are needed to ensure that the information does not end up in unjust hands. Many of the so-called A drawings are judged not by themselves as sensitive information, but all of the drawings result in the increased sensitivity. The information security class for drawing documents is therefore assessed as sensitive information equivalent to K3. The purpose of introducing system support is to receive aggregate management and to coordinate and streamline processes in the field of care. This includes calculating cleaning time, scheduling resources, optimization of cleaning areas, follow-up and statistics, receiving extra orders to enable the employee to physically see today’s work area and extra orders based on a colored drawing on their mobile or flat in real time. The system support shall have a user-friendly interface and management both in the administrative parts performed through the computer but also in the app. The system shall also offer visual support to employees by displaying the working area of the day on a real-time coloured drawing via mobile/plateau, containing instructions and governing documents, reporting deviations in delivery and receiving extra orders.
