Distributed system for accelerated AI development, local edge computing, and robotic systems

The purpose of the public contract is to supply a comprehensive computing infrastructure for the development, training and deployment of models of artificial intelligence (AI), consisting of three consecutive hardware levels. The core of the system is a pair of high-performance central workstations designed for AI calculations. These stations provide massive computing power of accelerators for local training, optimization and tuning of complex neural networks in laboratory conditions.

The goal is to ensure fast iterations in the development of algorithms before their final deployment. This central section is followed by a set of compact accelerated computational nodes with real-time input power. These units will be physically deployed directly in the facilities and local networks of industrial partners.

Their hardware architecture must guarantee high data permeability for massive and immediate evaluation of industrial data in target traffic, especially for complex tasks for which the standard low voltage edge (edge) platform is insufficient. The third level of infrastructure is a dedicated hardware platform designed to develop advanced cognitive robotics and autonomous machines.

This unit will provide the centralised computing power necessary for the fusion of data from many sensors, route planning and safe management of complex robotic systems in real time. The entire hardware system supplied must allow for smooth deployment (so-called deployment) of trained models from central stations to industrial interference and robotic devices. The units will be supplied with the necessary accessories for their safe operation.

The subject of filling also includes transport to the place of filling, installation of equipment and verification of the functionality of the equipment. The detailed technical specification of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the Procurement Documentation. The conditions of performance are set out below in the commercial terms (draft contract), which are annexed to Annex 2 to the Procurement Documentation.
