Your organisation is registered in the commercial or professional register of the country in which it is established.

Please provide documentary evidence in the form of an extract from the relevant commercial or professsional register, which may not be dated older than six (6) months.

Please provide at least one of the following three statements:

1. A valid ISO 27001 certificate and statement of applicability issued by an auditor that has been accredited by an accreditation body recognized by the ISO, that applies to all products and/or services within the scope of the category as described in section 1.4.5 of the Admission Guidelines, as well as the relevant ‘statement of applicability’, or

2. A current SOC 2 Type 2 report issued by a certified public accountant (CPA) that applies to all products and/or services within the scope of the category as described in section 1.4.5 of the Admission Guidelines, or

3. Another certificate or statement by a sufficiently qualified and independent third-party expert (auditor), provided that it must be substantiated that this provides the same level of assurance as an ISO 27001 certificate.

Candidate must submit the Declaration of no Russian involvement (Annex 8) including an overview of the legal structure showing ownership and control of Candidate’s organisation.

The interested party must indicate whether it has relevant experience in the admission application by providing a reference statement.

Please provide a single reference in the form of a reference statement relating to a completed contract performed within the last three (3) years, counting backwards from the submission date of the Request for Admission.
