What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the provision of licences for the use of Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution (EES) for schools and academic institutions over a period of three years, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029. The following related services in the Czech language are also part of the subject of the performance of the public contract: - technical support of products by phone and e-mail to an unlimited extent, - consultation and advice on licensing issues, - provision of access to installation media and product keys, - provision of help desk services (Hot Line), - management of VLSC pages, activation and administration of SA benefits.
