O udzielenie zamówienia publicznego mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału dotyczące:
- zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym: Zamawiający nie określa warunku w ww. zakresie;
- uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów: Zamawiający nie określa warunku w ww. zakresie;
- sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Zamawiający nie określa warunku w ww. zakresie;
- zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: dla części I zamówienia: Zamawiający uzna powyższy warunek za spełniony, jeżeli wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej jedną dostawę wraz z montażem wyposażenia pracowni szkolnej (tematycznej), której zakres obejmował minimum meble, sprzęt ICT, oprogramowanie zarządzania pracownią, o wartości nie mniejszej niż 30 000,00 zł brutto. Uwaga:
- Wartości podane w dokumentach potwierdzających spełnianie warunku w walutach innych niż wskazane przez Zamawiającego wykonawca przeliczy wg średniego kursu NBP na dzień zawarcia umów o ich wykonanie.
- Zamawiający określił warunek udziału w postępowaniu dotyczący zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej w zakresie wskazanym w art. 112 ust. 2 pkt 4) ustawy Pzp bez zastosowania poziomów zdolności, o których mowa w przepisach wydanych na podstawie art. 5 ust. 4 lub 5 ustawy z dnia 5 sierpnia 2025 r. o certyfikacji wykonawców zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 1235 i z 2026 r. poz. 421), dalej "ustawa o certyfikacji" ze względu na to, że na dzień wszczęcia postępowania poziomów tych nie określono.
