What the buyer wants

The contract covers the following services: The object of the contract is the maintenance and maintenance in operational condition of existing telephone systems, software and equipment, as well as the provision of additional hardware and software as part of the evolutionary maintenance for the member entities of the grouping of orders: City of Versailles and the Community of agglomeration of Versailles Grand Parc. The contract also includes the following associated services: studies, parameterization, implementation, security and training related to improvements and extensions of internal telephony solutions. Finally, it covers services to assist in the operation and management of changes, carried out on site or in an agency, in particular by means of remote control, in the form of labour units. The services are broken down into two technical positions: Item 1: Evolutionary maintenance of IP telephony systems / Post 2: Provision of IP telephone terminals and associated accessories. The form chosen for the performance of the contract is with purchase orders without minimum and with maximum mono-attribute according to article R2162-4 2° of the Code of Public Order. The contract shall be concluded for a period of 48 months from the date of notification of the contract. The deadlines for the execution of purchase orders are defined in Article 4 of the CAPC. The conditions for the performance of benefits are described in section 6.1 of the CAPC and in the CCTV. The procedures for verifying benefits are laid down in Article 6.2 of the CAPC and in the CCTV The time limits for implementation are defined in Article 4 of the CAPC. Prices are unit prices and the modalities for revision are laid down in Article 5 of the CAPC. Penalties are defined in Article 8 of the CAPC
