Extension of the object storage system of Hitachi Content Platform held by the Ordering Party

The contractor shall comply with the condition of participation in the technical or professional capacity procedure if he demonstrates that he has performed, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, within the last 4 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter - during that period, at least 2 (two) extensions of the data storage system, with a value of at least PLN 500 000,00 gross each One extension shall mean the supply of the components necessary for the development of the data storage system with the implementation under one contract or the supply of the data storage system with the implementation under one contract. One delivery shall mean a delivery made under one contract. In order to confirm that the Contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in the proceedings, the Contractor shall submit a list of deliveries carried out and, in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, also carried out, within the last 4 years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter, including at least the information indicated in Form 3.6 and the accompanying evidence indicating whether those deliveries have been made or are duly carried out, the evidence referred to shall be references or other documents issued by the entity for which the supplies were carried out, and in the case of repeated or continuous benefits shall be carried out, and if the Contractor, for reasons beyond his control, is unable to obtain those documents, a declaration from the contractor; in the case of repeated or continuous benefits, references or other supporting documents for their proper execution shall be issued within the last 3 months before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders (Promule 3.6 to IDW);
