DPS targets IT expertise. The dynamic purchasing system includes the following services: 1. Project management and integrator services 2. Definition and architecture services 3. Service Design 4. Green IT Services 5. Application and software development services and maintenance 6. Quality assurance and testing services 7. Technology and infrastructure development services 8. Cloud Management 9. IT Property Management In addition to expert work, the DPS allows the customer to purchase up to 40% of the total value of the customer's acquisition of software and / or operating environments for customer-specific applications including cloud computing services. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation. DPS shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended in the case of the DPS. The customers of Hansel Oy will acquire the DPS among the approved candidates through internal DPS competitions, which can run throughout the DPS acquisition phase. The acquisition period for DPS shall start after the start phase on 12 June 2023 and end on the end of the period of validity of the DPS. Contracts awarded on the basis of the DPS may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years. However, if the contract is the subject of the execution of the client's application and its continuous maintenance service or the continuous maintenance of the client's application, the duration of the contract may not exceed eight (8) years. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the continuing maintenance service can target not only the customer's application, but also ready software and operating environments including cloud services.
