What the buyer wants
The dynamic purchasing system is targeted at consulting and expert work of the municipal Tiera Oy (hereinafter "the Client ') and its owner-customers (hereinafter" the Order Organisation'). The services of a dynamic purchasing system include, for example, deployment, development and transformation projects, continuous maintenance of services and training services. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into three (3) components (basket). The baskets are as follows: - Basket 1 Modern work - Basket 2 Security and Azure - Basket 3 Training services The bidder may apply to the baskets of his choice 1-3. The aim of the acquisition is to obtain a high-quality and cost-competitive Microsoft consulting and expert service for Tialule and Contracting Organisations. After the start-up phase, the Client will immediately mini-compete with one or more partners in each basket, from which a significant proportion of the purchases will be made throughout the dynamic purchasing system. In addition to services, mini-tenders may include a limited supply supply, such as software required for the use of the service. A small amount here represents a maximum of 20% of the total value of a single tender.

Lot 1Moderni työ
Moderni työ -asiantuntijapalvelut koostuvat esimerkiksi Teamsin tai intranetin käyttöönotoista, ylläpidosta, jatkuvista palveluista ja muutoshankkeisiin tehtävästä kehitystyöstä. Kumppaneilta edellytetään vahvaa kokemusta Microsoft 365-ympäristöistä julkiselta sektorilta. Moderniin työhön kuuluvat esimerkiksi seuraavat osa-alueet: • Teams -asiantuntijapalvelut • Intranet -asiantuntijapalvelut • Viva -asiantuntijapalvelut • Tietotyön pelikirjan asiantuntijapalvelut • Modernin työn valmentaja • Modernin työn tiekartta • Muut modernin työn osa-alueet muutoshallintaan, viestintään, tiimityöhön ja moderniin työhön liittyen Tilaaja voi hankkia minikilpailutusten perusteella edellä mainittujen osa-alueiden lisäksi myös muita hankinnan kohdetta tukevia asiantuntijapalveluja. Palvelukokonaisuuksiin voi kuulua myös muita Microsoft osa-alueita (mm. Power BI tai Power platform), jos ne kuuluvat tiiviisti projektiin.
Lot 2Tietoturva ja Azure
Tietoturva- ja Azure -asiantuntijapalvelut koostuvat esimerkiksi käyttöönotoista, ylläpidosta, jatkuvista palveluista ja muutoshankkeisiin tehtävästä kehitystyöstä. Kumppaneilta edellytetään vahvaa osaamista Microsoft 365-ympäristöistä julkiselta sektorilta. Tietoturva ja Azure -työhön kuuluvat esimerkiksi seuraavat osa-alueet: • Tietoturvakartoitus • Azure AD – ehdollinen pääsy ja monivaihetunnistautuminen • Tiedon suojaus ja luokittelu • Tietoturvalliset työtilat • Microsoft 365 E5 security • Moderni laitehallinta • Käyttäjä, identiteetin, päätelaitteen ja sähköpostin suojaus • Ennaltaehkäisevät tietoturva • Valvonta, hallinta, raportointi tietoturvauhista • Azure kapasiteettipalvelut • Datamigraatiot Tilaaja voi hankkia minikilpailutusten perusteella edellä mainittujen osa-alueiden lisäksi myös muita hankinnan kohdetta tukevia asiantuntijapalveluja. Palvelukokonaisuuksiin voi kuulua myös muita Microsoft osa-alueita (mm. Power BI tai Power platform), kunhan ne ovat vain pieni osa projektia.
Lot 3Koulutus
Koulutus (Kori 3) koostuu Microsoft-aihealueen koulutuksista niin loppukäyttäjille kuin pääkäyttäjillekin. Osa koulutuksista tähtää virallisiin Microsoft-sertifiointeihin. Kumppaneilta edellytetään vahvaa koulutusosaamista Microsoft-ympäristöistä. Koulutuksiin kuuluvat esimerkiksi seuraavat osa-alueet: • Fundamentals-tason koulutukset seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: o Azure o Microsoft 365 o Power Platform o Security Compliance and Identity o Azure AI o Azure Data • Ylläpitäjä-, kehittäjä- ja arkkitehtirooleihin suunnatut viralliset sertifiointiin tähtäävät koulutukset • Yksittäiset osa-alueet esimerkiksi Excel, Teams tai Power BI
