Framework agreement for the delivery and service of HPE server, SAN and storage structures

Required are company references from the last three years (2023, 2024, 2025 or current) about previously executed or current comparable orders. In the case of contracts which have not been concluded within the last three years, state the progress achieved so far. Power levels not yet realized cannot be evaluated.

Comparable orders are services via delivery of original HPE products (server, storage and backup systems, as well as network components including the corresponding operating and system software) and HPE OEM software licenses. Three references of comparable performance, which meet the following characteristics: Each of the three references must have a cumulative net contract value of at least EUR 10,000,000 over a consecutive three-year period.

The provision of services must have occurred within the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 (or a more recent period, e.g. 2024, 2025 and 2026). b For two of the three references, the contracting authority must be a contracting authority. c) For one of the three references, the client must be a university hospital.

The contractor must demonstrate a proven active partnership with the manufacturer Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) if the manufacturer itself is not the contractor directly. Proof of Partner Certificate or Certificate, which meets the following characteristic: - at least the HPE Triple Platinum Plus Partner status.

The contractor must prove the HPE Partner Ready Delivery Partner status. The contractor must prove the HPE Partner Ready Delivery Partner status. For the following segments: HPE Alletra Storage Multi-Protocol: IS

The contractor must provide proof of the following competencies within the product business: a HPE HPC for Enterprise b HPE GreenLake c HPE Solutions for AI d HPE Solutions for Sustainability e HPE Private Cloud Solutions with Virtualization f) HPE Aruba Networking Central g HPE Aruba Networking SSE

Required are company references from the last three (3) completed financial years about previously executed or ongoing comparable services (EU-wide). In the case of contracts which have not been concluded within the last three years, state the progress achieved so far. Power levels not yet realized cannot be evaluated.

Comparable orders are services via delivery of original HPE products (server, storage and backup systems, as well as network components including the corresponding operating and system software), HPE OEM software licenses and HPE supercomputing systems. At least one (1) reference of comparable performance that meets the following characteristics shall be provided.

Up to four (4) references on comparable services are also possible, which in total fulfill the following characteristics: a Each of the submitted references must have a contract value (net) of at least. 2,000,000.00 EUR. b For at least one of the submitted references, the contracting body shall be an interdisciplinary research/teaching institution. c) At least one of the submitted references is the delivery of a supercomputing (HPC) system based on the HPE Cray EX architecture.
