1. The subject of the order is the delivery of standard computer equipment together with software for the organisational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as the ‘hardware’. 2. The Contracting Authority will award contracts (Annex 3 to the Framework Agreement) for the supply of equipment, on the basis of a framework agreement concluded as a result of the outcome of the procedure. 3. The execution of the contract will take place with due care and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the SWZ together with the annexes. The delivered item of the order must be complete and when launched ready to work as intended, without additional investment purchases on the Contracting Party. The Contractor, at the stage of performance of the contract, performs the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 5 to the WWZ. 5. Where a description of the subject matter of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of applying solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act.
