What the buyer wants
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the computer assistance framework agreement. The services to be performed by the incumbent relate to the following areas: - Assistance and support to users: - Community interventions - Piloting a continuous improvement approach (governance, reporting, maintenance and improvement of a knowledge base) Full details of the benefits can be found in the CCTV. This is a single award framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of EUR 3 000 000,00 HT, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the public order code. This framework agreement will be implemented as purchase orders are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2, paragraph 2, of the public order code
