What the buyer wants
In order to improve the quality of living and to increase the attractiveness for students, the residential complexes are to be provided with modern fiber-optic Internet connections. In addition, a high-availability and high-performance Wi-Fi access for the residential units and parts of the commonly used areas will be set up. This procurement measure is intended to select a contractor (hereinafter referred to as "contractor") for the Internet service of the client's residential complexes. The tendered range of services includes the delivery, installation and operational handover of a complete solution consisting of WLAN components, active LAN switches, terminals (routers), as well as broadband Internet access based on symmetrical fiber-optic connections. After successful commissioning, the contractor takes over the operation of the Internet service for all residential complexes and ensures the availability and perfect functionality of the services and infrastructure during the entire contract period. This also includes the maintenance of the passive network infrastructure. The provision of the service will take place sectionally from 1 January 2027. It is planned to put the last residential complex into operation in 2030. Upon commissioning of the first location, the term of the overall contract begins, which automatically ends after 10 years. Since the roll-out also depends on conversion and modernization work within the residential complexes, the implementation of the order takes place successively. The planned commissioning times for the individual residential complexes can be found in the location overview in the price matrix. For the details of the subject-matter of the contract, reference is made to the specifications of the services. A contract is concluded according to the model of the EVB-IT system contract.

EUR 2 million for personal injury and EUR 3 million for property and property damage twice maximized per insurance year and claim or the willingness to conclude a corresponding insurance in the event of placing an order. Minimum requirement: Existence or willingness to take out liability insurance with the abovementioned amounts
- References of comparable services provided by the company (provision, commissioning and integration of fibre networks including operational services) implemented in the last three years before the publication of the notice. The applicant must have at least three completed references (full commissioning) with comparable performance in the last 3 completed calendar years (2023-2025). The references shall be comparable in terms of the products delivered and the quantities delivered. The following minimum requirements for the reference projects result: - The contract must include at least the Internet connection and operation of network level 4 with LAN and WLAN in several buildings with a total of at least 3,000 residential units, each of which is connected individually at a comparable integration depth. The references are to be listed in the form of self-declarations in a list in the order of their conformity and comparability with this project with the following information: - Client - Contact persons (including contact details) as far as possible under data protection law - Description of the service - Contract value - Period of service provision - Indication of the connected housing units The AG is free to contact the contact persons mentioned in order to check the details of the reference projects.
