   36 months

   The main objectives of this batch are: - Provide efficient, reliable and secure platform as a service (PaaS) or infrastructure as a service (IaaS) - Ensure the resumption of existing accommodation and continuity of service between existing and proposed accommodation - Provide pre-production environments for the development or preparation of evolutions; - To ensure continuous supervision of the proper functioning of hosted sites: operational infrastructure ("up and running") at the server, network and security level, operational software and middleware services ("up and running"), and if possible user response time and compliance of content key points (absence of defacement); - Provide and manage the digital identities necessary for the operation and security of hosted services: DNS management, provision and management of digital certificates and digital stamps.

   Les prestations du présent lot sont : - Mission 1 : Gouvernance et pilotage - Mission 2 : Maintenance adaptative des sites : mise à jour des socles techniques et de la sécurité - Mission 3 : Maintenance corrective des dysfonctionnements des sites - Mission 4 : Maintenance évolutive des sites pour la gestion des évolutions et/ou la création de nouveau(x) site(s)
