HW for High Security Information Zone

The purpose of the performance of this contract is to supply hardware infrastructure intended for operation in the High Security Information Zone environment, which serves to process, store and transmit information with increased confidentiality, integrity and availability requirements, consisting of parts, individual components listed in the performance specification in Annex 1 to the draft contract (hereinafter referred to as "Goods' or" HW '). (a) the transport and delivery of the goods to the corresponding premises at the place of performance of the contracting entity, see Article 8 of this procurement document (hereinafter referred to as "ZD") and the movement of the goods to the place of installation according to the contracting entity's instructions; (b) provision in Annex 1 Proposed contract of defined type and number of licences i. Veaam Backup and Replication VULL ii. VMware v Sphere Fondation 9.x iii. Windows Server 2025 Datacenter iv. Windows Server 2025 Standard necessary for the required functionality of HW including the provision of basic technical support (maintenance) of these licences for a period corresponding to the licence program set out in Annex 1 to the Proposal for a Contract; (c) the installation, configuration and implementation of the Goods as a functional unit in the existing infrastructure in the contracting entity's environment; (d) the transmission of documents and documents relating to the use of the goods, in particular technical documentation, including documentation of parameters, configurations and settings, in the Czech language via email or licensing portal; a declaration of conformity; the operational documentation; or delivery notes, guarantee sheets of individual components; (e) the granting of authorisation to exercise the right to use those parts or components of the goods which constitute, or contain, copyright works or other intellectual property rights, to the extent specified in the draft contract; (f) verification of the functionality of the goods by test operation in accordance with Article VI of the draft contract; (hereinafter referred to collectively as "subject matter of performance'). Furthermore, provision of technical support for HPE Proactive Care goods, to the extent specified by the manufacturer, by the supplier for a period of 5 years after the signature of the Transfer Protocol pursuant to Article VI (2) of the Draft Contract is also part of the subject of the performance. Furthermore, the contracting authority shall require that the Software and licences which are part of the Goods referred to in paragraph 4.1 of the ZD, or part of the subject matter of the transaction referred to in paragraph 4.2 (b) of the ZD (hereinafter referred to as" SW 'and "licences') be delivered electronically and that the licensing conditions and other necessary information and documentation for the use of the SW and licences shall be included. A detailed description of the subject matter of the transaction is defined in the draft contract referred to in Annex 1 of the ZD.
