Part 1 of the contract shall be awarded to the supply of server infrastructure and related accessories, including basic configuration, support and guarantee. The subject of this part of the contract is in particular: • delivery of 4 units of servers, including all accessories and components necessary for their proper operation, • transport of the supplied infrastructure, • basic configuration and integration into the existing infrastructure of the contracting entity, • ensuring compatibility with the used virtualization platform, • ensuring the required high availability and redundancy, • delivery and activation of required software licences, including relevant licensing authorisations, • providing service support to the supplied infrastructure for 60 months, • ensuring guarantee service and long-term servicability of the delivered infrastructure, • transmission of technical and licensing documentation. The specific technical and functional requirements for servers, their configuration, accessories, software licenses, compatibility and related services are set out in Annex 3 to this ZD - Minimum technical requirements for the delivered solution.

Předmětem plnění části 2 veřejné zakázky je upgrade / Step-Up a konverze stávajících licenčních oprávnění Microsoft SQL Server Standard Core na licenční oprávnění Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Core, včetně: • ověření stávajících licenčních oprávnění a možnosti provedení Step-Up, • provedení konverze licenčních oprávnění, • zajištění příslušného Software Assurance, • registrace a evidence licencí v příslušném licenčním systému společnosti Microsoft, • předání licenční dokumentace, • poskytnutí součinnosti zadavateli při řešení licenčních otázek souvisejících s předmětem plnění. Dodavatel je povinen zajistit úplné a řádné plnění předmětu této části veřejné zakázky v rozsahu nezbytném k dosažení požadovaného výsledku. Konkrétní požadavky na množství a parametry licenčních oprávnění určených ke konverzi jsou uvedeny v Příloze č. 1 smlouvy – Specifikace stávajících licencí určených ke konverzi.
