   The object of this dynamic purchasing system consists of the Products required by the Clients, comprising ICT equipment and accessories, as well as the Services related to the Products. The procurement covers the following product categories: Basic workstations High-performance workstations Basic monitors Diagnostic monitors Standalone displays Laptops Printers (black & white + color) Multifunction devices (black & white + color) Label, patient wristband, and card printers Printing materials and supplies, including for existing printing equipment Clinical/care area workstations, high-performance workstations, panel PCs and battery-powered panel PCs, monitors, and equipment carts Equipment carts and stands iOS and Android tablet computers PDA devices Barcode scanners Ruggedized devices: laptops, PDA devices, tablets, printers Telecommunications network devices: local area network (LAN and WLAN) devices, wide area network (WAN) devices, data center network devices, and information security devices Local (On-Premises) servers and storage solutions: For example: Shared server computers, site-specific small servers, servers related to information security and monitoring, high-performance servers for specialized use For example: Devices for centralized data storage, storage included in servers, backup devices Peripheral devices For example: mice, keyboards and other controllers, docks, smart card readers, external drives and hard drives, headphones and speakers, webcams. Accessories For example: cables, supplementary power supplies, adapters, monitor arms and stands, privacy and security screen filters, as well as protective sleeves and bags for computers, computer storage and charging solutions. Notwithstanding the above, the pick-up service for old equipment, intermediate storage service for used equipment, recycling service, secure disposal service, and expert services may also be procured for equipment acquired under another contract. Examples of Services related to the Products: Online store (ordering portal). Online store for ordering Products and Services. Buffer stock service for storing agreed Products for the Client's needs. Pre-installation service for Products, for example, for installing the operating system and software onto the procured Product. Unpacking service, where the Supplier unpacks the device from any packaging and places the device at the final installation location or another location specified by the Client. Installation service, where the Supplier unpacks the Products from any packaging, installs them at the location agreed with the Client, connects the equipment to the power and telecommunications networks, and tests and verifies the functionality of the equipment. Old equipment pick-up service, where the Supplier collects the decommissioned device from the Client and is responsible for recycling the device.
